Real estate law in Turkish law

When purchasing, selling, or inheriting real estate, special regulations under Turkish law must be observed. I review purchase agreements (satış sözleşmesi) and gift agreements (bağışlama sözleşmesi), assist with land registry procedures at Turkish authorities (tapu işlemleri), and ensure the legally compliant handling of real estate transactions in Turkey. For notary applications, I provide support, for example, with extracts from the civil status register containing family information (Vukuatlı Nüfus Kayıt Örneği).
