The transfer of ownership of Turkish real estate takes place at the Turkish land registry office (Tapu ve Kadastro Müdürlüğü). We coordinate the entire transfer process for you — from the power of attorney for representation at the land registry to the completed ownership transfer.
If Turkish real estate forms part of an inheritance estate, we manage the transfer of the property to the heirs in the land register — in coordination with Turkish inheritance courts and land registry offices.
