If your child has been unlawfully taken to Turkey or retained there without your consent, you have a right to the child's immediate return under the Hague Child Abduction Convention (HKÜ). We initiate the necessary proceedings before Turkish courts and coordinate with German and Turkish central authorities to secure the fastest possible return of your child.

Even if the other parent lives in Turkey, you have a right to maintain personal contact with your child. We enforce your access rights before Turkish courts and ensure access orders are recognised and implemented in Turkey.

In cross-border custody cases a fundamental question arises first: which court has jurisdiction? Under international private law the answer usually depends on the child's habitual residence. We analyse your specific case, determine the competent jurisdiction and advise you on how to proceed.

If circumstances have changed significantly since the last custody order, an application for modification can be made before Turkish courts. We advise you on the requirements and represent you in modification proceedings.

In urgent situations — for example if the child is at risk — emergency measures and interim orders can be sought from Turkish courts. We apply for such measures immediately and ensure your child's welfare is protected.
